You will listen to a 20 minute meditation where your thoughts become clear and easily focused on the choice you face.  In the clarity of the meditative state, you will bring your thoughts on the issue to a resolution.

Most bad decisions occur because they are made under the pressure and interruptions of everyday thinking.  Most good decisions are made, when you give yourself the time and space to focus clearly on the issues at hand.   A popular method for this is a nice walk in the countryside! which is a fair alternative to this meditation.
