THE TRIBUTE
Exercise no. 8
Take this time to pay a personal tribute to someone who has died.
It might be a family member, a dear friend or just someone who touched your life in a positive way.
Whoever comes to mind, imagine them being with you right now.
- Can you sense their presence?
- Can you feel their love and support?
- Can you remember the good times you shared?
Complete your tribute, by thinking of a message you would like to send to them.
NOTES
Maybe you might like to also write your tribute and add it in the comments area below.

GOD BLESS YOU!
Excellent exercise - it was really nice to pay tribute in this way. Thank you
That is such a beautiful and positive post you have written. This reads like it is much more than a tribute, it is a description of a most wonderful communication between you both. Thank you so very much for sharing this.

Thanks for making me and sis sing with you in Key West when we were kids. (We hated it.) We didn't become pop stars. Oh well (I'm glad.) And thanks for making me take French lessons as a child from Mme Dulin. "Non it's Bon jooooour" she said. (I live in Paris now.) You said, that I said--when I was little --that when we were old we could sit on the porch together 'cause we weren't all that different in age. I didn't remember. But then the cancer got you. Say I never told you, I quit smoking a year ago.
