Francine's Gravatar Some of the activities resonated more with me than others. Unfortunately, with working full time, I don't always get the opportunity to reach that center of calm. These at least caught me 31 times.

Jackie's Gravatar I thoroughly enjoyed receiving your regular emails. I read them and practised them and sometimes then went on the site and tried other meditations. For me, this was an excellent program especially because it came to me automatically, so procrastination didn't creep in. I have saved all the lessons and intend on going back and doing it again. Thank you so much for this wonderful tool which has brought peace and tranquility to my heart. Blessings, Jackie

Mike Loftus's Gravatar I really enjoyed it, sometimes I thought they were a little cheesy, but when I did them, they worked! All of the exercises made me think at least. Keep up the good work! More meditations please!! :)

Dennis's Gravatar Hello!

I enjoy the paid membership and free emails. I really would like to see more variety and more downloads on different aspects of relaxation or helping with people who have either anxiety and/or depression issues. Specific fear topics, and help getting to sleep-insomnia variety of downloads, dealing with various "somatic" symptoms, etc. would be very helpful.

In general I get much more from hypnosis type or guided imagery "meditations" and tapes and CD's if there is a good voice speaking to me as well as light, mellow music. I find the sound effects to be much more distracting and not as conducive to me getting into a good relaxed state and having things work well than if there are nature sounds or other things in the background.

Keep up the good work. I also think it would be very good to have the option of a male or female voice for each of or most of the more popular downloads. Please expand your "library" of topics.

Thanks!

Stuart's Gravatar I'd agree with Dennis -- it'd be great to have a bigger variety of going-to-sleep downloads on the site. The e-mails were interesting though -- always good to have some prompt to take a break and calm!

Rita's Gravatar I enjoy it all, but I really wish there was more. I have a membership and am always looking for more in depth meditations. Chakra, deep body, astral travel, things like that. I have been a meditator for along time, challenge me please. Thanks Richard, keep up the good work, just more good work for us.

Toni's Gravatar These meditations have, after only a couple months, changed my life in several ways. They have helped me to sleep better. I know this because my dreams have changed dramatically. They are more detailed and memorable. Also, there seems to be a more positive spin on things lately.

While I do continue to use several of the meditations repeatedly, I agree with Rita, there is a longing for more.

Thank you so much for this online service.

Julie's Gravatar Can't remember a pre-Meditainment time in my life :)

I would also love a bigger range of new places to visit, and new things to consider. I'd like a ten-minute massage after the bubbly bath! I'd love a treehouse, where I can look down, but nobody can see me. I'd love an outdoor garden full of people I love, and to consider one good quality which each of them finds in me. I'd love to sit in the cafeteria at work with every colleague, and consider one good quality each colleague sees in me, and reassure myself I am valued there. I'd like to look at the bigger picture in my life, and the things which are important and the things which are not.. and how lucky I am.

I like the guy's voice in the video, but he reminds me of Chris Tarrant. ;)

Richard's Gravatar Hi Julie,
Thanks for your fantastic ideas for new meditation stories. I'll tell the voice over guy who he sounds like, although not sure of his reaction!

redperphexion's Gravatar I've been a member for several years now. I look to this site and it's contents often when I'm feeling lost, confused or out of balance. I come when I'm happy and want to really deeply enjoy it. I come to find inspiration when I'm feeling flat.

It would be great to have a basic meditation without any of the vizualization prompts and with very few words. (I think you have one called "meditation music" that has very few words I enjoy very much!) Also, some more abstract visualization... like the beginning of the dragonfly meditation when you picture a sphere engulfing you and nothing else exists. The feeling I have just before she tells me I'm an egg in a river is amazing!

I agree that some more new content would spice it up, and, I would like something that covers a new aspect of, or another way of presenting meditation and relaxation. Possibly with a musical meditation with minimal instructions over the 20 minutes? New content would certainly swing my (now on-the-fence) decision to renew my membership.

As far as the emails go, I look forward to getting them, and look back one previous emails on stressful days. I like that they are short and often possible to complete at home or at work. It would be nice to have some sort of follow-up with each one to see any changes with mood/time/etc. or with a related full-length meditation option available on the site.

Thank you! L
