Be Mindful Online

Here is an online mindfulness course I highly recommend.

It is  Be Mindful Online, which is an online course for learning how to practise Mindfulness.

I am very hopeful about knowing myself more through mindfulness meditation and be able to get control of my life again. Hopefully my stress will be reduced through this process. Wish me luck!
